Sales Account Executive | Greater MidAtlantic Region | Full Time
Education, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive who can help us build out our healthcare partnerships in Pennsylvania, Delware, Maryland, and Washington, DC. You will play a crucial role in securing partnerships with behavioral health facilities, hospitals, and residential facilities throughout the tristate area. In this role, you will research and target potential partners, generate qualified leads, create customized education solutions for clients and close deals with C-level healthcare executives. You will have direct accountability to the Vice President of Business Development who will work with you to create a personal growth development plan.
This sales role is for hunters, not farmers. You must have proven success prospecting, generating referrals, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing deals. You must be able to quickly learn our business model and unique value proposition. Moreover, you must understand our client’s business models and be able to establish credibility with executives early on by clearly and confidently representing the value our services can bring them. You must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, and rejection proof.
Bachelor’s Degree required (sales or marketing preferred). Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in the healthcare or education industry. Experience selling services is preferred. Compensation package includes a base salary and sales commission plan, with generous personal time and benefits package included. Travel required 40% of the time with high seasonality requirements.
