Job Requirements

You must have prior management experience and success developing, coaching and evaluating staff at multiple early learning centers. You have exceptional listening and communication skills, you can manage dynamic environments, and have strong critical thinking skills. You have the skills to manage new financial systems and create profitability for all 12 centers through the East Coast.

A strong track record in the following areas is required:

  • Management of a childcare center’s ratio, licensure, and schedule
  • Delivering on revenue objectives
  • Evaluation of client satisfaction
  • Classroom management oversight
  • Curriculum development and oversight
  • Conflict resolution
  • Effective multi center management skills
  • Willingness to travel

Bachelor’s degree and Director level certification with a minimum of 5 years in the early childhood field required. You must also have a solid understanding of NAEYC accreditation and state licensing standards.
